Keltech Tankless Water Heater Warranty

Keltech Inc. warrants to commercial and institutional purchasers only, each Keltech unit to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service upon the following terms and conditions:

1. This warranty is limited to repairing or, at our option, replacing any Keltech unit or part thereof which our inspection shall show to have been defective within the limitations of this warranty
2. The warranty period, measured from the date of installation, is as follows:

   Standard Heaters

   • Electrical Components: Two years
   • Heating Elements: Four years
   • Heat Exchanger Free From Leaks: Eight years

ASME Heaters

• Electrical Components: Two years
• Heating Elements: Five years
• Heat Exchanger Free From Leaks: Ten years

Repaired/Refurbished Heaters

• Components warranted for one year.

1. This warranty does not cover the cost of freight for defective, repaired or replacement parts, installation or any other labor charges, and does not apply to any unit that has been damaged by accident, abuse, improper installation, improper maintenance, or altered in any way.
2. The repair or replacement of defective Keltech units as stated in this warranty shall constitute the sole remedy of the purchaser and our sole liability under this warranty FURTHER, KELTECH INC. SHALL NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES BE LIABLE FOR INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR INDIRECT DAMAGES CAUSED BY DEFECTS IN KELTECH UNITS OR ANY DELAY IN THE REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT THEREOF.
3. This warranty extends only to commercial and institutional purchasers and does not extend to any others, including consumer customers of commercial and institutional purchasers.
4. THIS WARRANTY IS IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
