Bradley Names Susan Manley Customer Service Manager
Feb 09, 2001MENOMONEE FALLS, WI (February 9, 2001) - Susan Manley has been named Customer Service Manager at Bradley. Manley's duties will be focused on management of Bradley's Customer Service force for both the fixtures and accessories product lines.
Manley will be implementing cross-training, fusing fixtures and accessories, for heightened customer care and efficiency. Enhanced customer feedback is another area Manley intends to address.
Manley joins the company with 15 years experience in customer service, most recently as Inside Sales & Service Manager for The Design House, a manufacturer and distributor in the home improvement market. Prior to The Design House, Manley was the Manager of Operations for TeamTBA, a division of Hunter Business Group, a direct marketing firm. Manley holds a Business Degree with emphasis on Marketing.
