May 24, 2011

Bradley Corp. has received the Governor's Export Achievement Award in the Larger Manufacturer business category for achieving extraordinary results in international sales and helping to contribute to Wisconsin's increased ability to compete in a global market.
The award was presented by Wisconsin Governor Scott Walker on May 10 at the 47th Annual Wisconsin International Trade Conference in Milwaukee. Criteria for the award include companies' degree of export-related growth; innovative techniques and approaches that resulted in the company's success; and demonstration of extra effort in capturing worldwide markets.
"While Bradley has been exporting products for more than 30 years, we have increasingly focused our business growth on expanding into emerging global markets, particularly during the past three years," says Steve Zingsheim, Vice President, International Sales, Bradley Corp. "After expanding our sales and distribution network just a few years ago, Bradley products are now available in 113 countries around the world."
Based in Menomonee Falls, Wis., Bradley Corp. is an international manufacturer of commercial plumbing fixtures and washroom accessories, and serves a diverse customer base, such as Walmart, General Motors, U.S. Postal Service, W.W. Grainger, AMC Theaters Corp, Hamad Medical Clinic Kingdom of Bahrain, Al Fanar Mall-Kuwait, New Doha International Airport- Qatar, Atlantis Resort in the Bahamas and Xel-ha Nature Park in Mexico.
"Our company has dedicated people in place to engage customers, build sales channels, and sell and support our full suite of products internationally," Zingsheim says. "Bradley's brand represents innovation, quality, durability and value to the customer. That message is valued not just in the U.S., but overseas as well, as many international customers seek us out by our reputation alone." In addition to adding sales managers and technical service staff to its international team, Bradley has also compiled over 2000 technical data pages, installation instructions, and marketing pieces, which have been translated into Spanish, Dutch, Japanese, German, French, and Thai. The firm is also involved in a number of trade shows and training programs in international markets.
