Bradley Recreates Its Classic Washfountain Design With High-performance Terreon
Feb 14, 2001MENOMONEE FALLS, WI (February 14, 2001) - Bradley Corp. rejuvenates one of its time-tested designs with the introduction of the new Terreon® Classic Washfountain. This new model combines 80 years of washfountain design and the superior performance of Terreon - Bradley's exclusive solid surface material, which is a rugged, yet stylish alternative to materials such as Terrazzo, Stainless Steel and Bradstone®.
The new Terreon Classic is also offered in a heightened version that stands four inches taller than the traditional Classic and has a gel-coated fiberglass base in place of stainless steel. Both units house a 9-inch deep bowl, ideal for heavy-duty hand washing applications.
Available in either a 36- or 54-inch semi-circular configuration, the Terreon Classic is activated by foot pedal, infrared or pushbutton operation. In addition, the standard height Terreon Classic comes with a pre-assembled bowl and pedestal, providing cost savings during installation. A full-circle version of this product will be ready for distribution in the second quarter of this year.
Terreon combines the rich and lustrous look of granite with the strength and durability of today's solid surface technology. It resists stains, burns, chemicals and impact, which makes an appealing product for high-volume, high-abuse washrooms and industrial applications. Surface marks and scratches are repaired easily with everyday cleaners or fine-grit abrasives.
Available with a wall-hung trap enclosure support (36-inch semi-circular only) or full-length pedestal, the Terreon Classic Washfountain is extremely durable and includes a number of vandal-resistant features. All valves, water supplies and waste connections are concealed inside the pedestal.
